After having completed his training in general surgery and urology, Dr. Yuvienco remained affiliated with some of the leading medical institutions in the New York area. Through regularly scheduled bi-weekly conferences, post-graduate courses, national conventions, and other workshops, he has kept abreast with current concepts in the diagnosis and treatment of genito-urinary pathology. He also masters the latest technology as applied to urologic practice.

Dr. Yuvienco has been in practice since 1976 and has been involved with a wide variety of urologic conditions ranging from simple urinary tract infection to the most complicated cancer surgery and reconstructive procedures. He is particularly interested in urologic oncology (cancer), BPH (Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia), stones, and the minimally invasive procedures including endoscopic and laser surgery.
